Emergency with the phone

My SIM card died yesterday and have spent forever getting a pay as you go sorted until the replacement comes. Had to phone someone in Holland for work and immediately the £5 I put on was gone! This is from an old railway sleeper that is now part of a car park fence - amazing what rust, fire and age will do to a piece of wood
