Summer Fair II

Today was the day.

Child#1 came to school at 9.30 with me and helped test the bouncy castle set up. Later he was given a purse of money and never seen again.

Child#2 spent much of the afternoon watching the dancing display and spending daddy's money. This is her with a "festival Face" as painted by her teacher for next year. She stayed behind to help me clear up and buy the dregs of the toy stall which were down to 1p.

Child#3 was retrieved running out of the gates more than once. He also came into the kitchen to see me and steal cakes more than once. He claimed to go on the bouncy castle three times but his dad only paid once. He did reappear whenever his dad went near the ice cream stall though. He had his face painted into Spiderman and then wiped it all off on my white top. He later declared it "the best day ever"

Child#4 slept in the kitchen for the first few hours, then caused havoc. There is a photo on the camera that has been taken by child#3 of child#4 raiding the rubbish bin. Who knows where their father was?

Husband#1 spent a fortune, managed not to lose all of the children all of the time, forgot the things like suncream and hats but fed them on sweets and ice cream and hotdogs and totally avoided setting up and clearing away. He is very popular with children1-4 at the moment.
