Up!

Everything about today spelt Up! Joseph's 5th birthday in the Hollywood Hills (remember the Carole Lombard house I mentioned previously), the Grown Up sneak peek here, where I was charged to capture all the families soaking up the sun, gorging on the fabulous food and dancing away to the rock and roll band, followed by a beach and pier shoot in Santa Monica. I think I'm going to keep Blip for the boys from now on and use my Facebook for client shoots. It'll be a better record for the boys that way...

The waves crashed over the storm berm as Mama Tiffany pulled her eight month old daughter from the rising tides, whoosh, high up in the air, and the air was filled with salt and sand and sun-toasted water, and a giggle was heard through the sound of the waves. After first capturing daughter Breanna, I was delighted this time to capture all the family at one of my favourite locations, Santa Monica Beach and pier. The girls are absolutely beautiful and Mama glows! Mark would make the girls laugh at the most perfect moments. And I captured Miss A's first ever crawl onto sand. Did I tell you I love my little job?

PPS I think I was a milisecond from running out of petrol (aka gas). That would not have been fun!
