Turbot with Pea Puree
Fillet of Nort Atlantic turbot on crushed herb new potatoes with minted pea puree, lobster beurre blanc and crayfish tails.
New dish on the menu. The beurre blanc is made with a lobster stock reduction. I sold a few on it's first night on the menu.
