Survivor

I took a mid-day walk after church and really felt the heat today. Our whole area is starting to get that parched look.

Because of the lack of rain most of nature looks thirsty... kind of droopy, color drained, even tired.

But then there was this mushroom. I don't know much about it other then the fact that it looked conspicuously healthy compared to it's surroundings. Though it's showing some signs of the weather it's a survivor.
