Threatening
Today was a bit of surreal day - my wife and I overslept ridiculously this morning and then we were struggling to decide what to do. I remembered that today was the last day of the August Sander exhibit at the Dean Gallery so after a quick bite to eat, we headed up there. It was really quite revealing and inspiring. Certainly some of his comments relating to documentary photography where of significant relevance to me. Coupled with some of his army shots from the 1930's, and watching The White Ribbon last night, it was quite haunting.
Deacon and me then had a stroll down to Newhaven; a favourite spot of ours. There was an incoming storm (another shot I took on flickr) which you would not have thought based on this shot. Barely ready for the forthcoming week, but who cares?
