Hee Aw - Hee Aw - He always says that!
My wife and I took our daughter and a couple of friends down to weston super mare for the T4 On the Beach. So we had a delightful day around my favourite English seaside town.
We had 'tea for two' at the Edwardian Tea Rooms on the new pier - it was basically a couple a small sandwiches and cake and cake and then more cake and a scone with clotted cream and jam - and then a piece of cake - I couldn't finish all my cake and didn't like to ask for a doggy bag.
As a child our summer holidays were spent at Brean Sands the next place down the coast - there was little to do there so our 1 day of the week trip to Weston to spend our pocket money was a big part of the holiday - I was always frightened that I would drop some of my money through the gaps in the floorboards of the pier.
I also have a love for donkeys - hence today's blip. My own donkey got lonely and cold up here in the Cotswolds and so she's enjoying her retirement at The Donkey Sanctuary in Sidmouth - she'll no doubt be a future blip.
