Hiukkavaara army base revisited

Now that I had time in Oulu I visited for nostalgic reasons Hiukkavaara, where I served my army time 25+ years ago. The area hasn't been in army use for 13 years, but the buildings are mainly untouched - some small businesses, band practising rooms, flee markets, etc in the area (the HQ building is still used by army officers).

Here's the group bathroom for morning washing, looks still quite close to what I remember... :-)
