I was out all of today on a pediatric first aid course so didn't see much of the outside world at all. It was really good though and I learnt loads. It's a two day course so I will finish it next Saturday. Came home and it sounds like the twins had a lovely day with Daddy which was good as they were not impressed about me leaving them all day.

Not much time to blip so this is Jack engrossed in the tv, he didn't even notice me taking the picture, even when the flash went off, I think they are immune to the camera now!!
