Garlic Harvest!

Harvested my first successful crop of garlic! The plants looked dreadful for the last two months and I gave in and dug them up when I thought they were a few days from being completely dead, only to be very surprised at the harvest hiding under the ground! I dried then for a couple of days outside, then they got rained on for a couple of days, then I dried them again for a couple of days in the polytunnel. Once I rubbed off the dirty outerskin and trimmed the stalks they looked just like real garlic like ones in a shop! Some are a bit small but who cares!
