Our Lady of the Fire Escape

There is a building in Hulme colloquially known as the 'Bingo Jesus' as this is what was written on its wall for many years. I noticed this rather beautiful piece of graffiti art recently on one of its fire doors. Offerings of flowers have been left half way up the door on a ledge close to the Madonna's face.
