Cloudberry

Rubus chamaemorus, not yet ripe, but it's coming there. The couldberries grow in bogs, marshes and wet meadows and in Europe particularly here in Finland. They are really rich in vitamin C and very delicious. The blueberries are ripe already, so I must come back another day to pick them.

On my morning walk to the bog mosquitos and horse-files were my traveling companion. It was hot and humid. Fortunately I managed to see some hardworking Black Woodpeckers and Great Spotted Woodpeckers.
