...and I thought it was graffiti

I have seen this for years and never really paid any attention to it and now, despite working here for nearly two years I only recently realised this isn't graffiti in the real sense of the word. T'was a City Art project a few years ago that decorated the side of the Fire and Rescue Building - hence the fire fighters
10/10 for observational skills!!
