Outrigger Races

Today was a series of outrigger canoe races next to the Belmont Pier. They started in the early morning with 12 and under teams, both boys and girls. This group of racers were nearing shore when this wave caught them from behind. Some seem more committed to winning the race than others, check out the kid in the very back. I'm not certain what the first kid is doing, he must be looking at something the rest of them aren't able to see.
