Raspberry, almond and yoghurt cake

It was a toss up between this and the pear and ginger upside down cake, but the raspberry one was marginally more photogenic. It's made with our home grown rasps.

One of them (but which?) will be Ted's birthday cake tomorrow. I told Callum last week I would make Grandad a birthday cake and he insisted it should be a Postman Pat cake - boy wil he be dissapointed!
