Holiday day4

A morning of playing around the garden. In the afternoon the girls, went for a wee cycle with E and their Aunty K, while I headed off for first the road cycle I have done for years with Uncle T. 35miles around Speyside, amazing I can still do it, so I am hooked, I gotta get that road bike out the shed and get some miles in. What is they say? Oh Yes, A man needs a project, So next year I going to do some kind of cycling event, so this year just mamil in training.
