Germander speedwell.
Masses of this on our walk in the Birnam/Dunkeld area today, 10-11 miles I think.
As the forecast was for heavy showers we decided not to go up the hills but find somewhere more sheltered and were glad we had. It started out sunny but the promised showers arrived in the afternoon, though the last couple of miles were bright again.
Like last week there were plenty of photo opportunities but my choice wasn't too difficult as I had already decided my theme - it came down to this or the just opened delphiniums in the garden.
