Five Rise Locks

Hey, how good is it when you don't have to rush back from everywhere to tackle the inbox or the pile of paper!! I have had another very pleasant 'lead in to retirement' day today. Shopped for the outfit for Sahira's wedding (fingers crossed it doesn't go in the charity bag after I've tried it on again later!), called in to have my grey hair shot through with purple and red at Hannah's across the valley. (Caught you doing a double take then..but tis true) Then, on the walk home, rediscovered cousin Justine in her beautiful new home and spent very pleasant hour or so catching up with families and discovering small children were now heading for university amongst other 'how many years is it since we last had a conversation?' moments. On to the canal bank, blipping all the way and bumped into neighbour Terry out jogging and had tekkie camera talk (well on his side anyway, I tried to look intelligent.) Terry takes splendiferous photos such as this one! and has promised to show me some photoshop tricks when he retires in a couple of weeks.
