Longa 2

Horrendous day with horizontal rain and sleet. Then. all of a sudden, on the way home, the clouds parted and the sun made an appearance.

I had to pull over at Big Sand and take a shot or two. I took a similar, but different, shot of Longa not long ago.

I have discovered that it is never a good idea to say "Oh well, I'll keep going and get an even better shot round the corner". What happens? Round the corner, the sun disappears, and the rain whacks the car broadside. Moral of the story? Always stop and take the shot. It could be the last decent one of the day.
