190 / 365 - Injury Recovery?
Just had to blip this today... went to the gym and as I was doing my injury exercises for the first time in 6 months (since the injury happened) I was able to completely sit back on my right heel with minimal pain, but only when at the gym after a huge workout and stretch. If the joints are cold they won't bend far. :(
Great for my right knee, however my left knee just won't keep up and I'm getting excruciating pain still from something I did during rehearsals from my A2 Dance Alston solo a couple of months ago... the worry and the upset coming back but I need to keep on with it!
Ah injuries are very annoying!
And yes, this was a very painful blip today!
