One open, one closed

I'm beginning to 'see' the potential of capturing some of the interesting buildings around the little town of Calabash, NC, a few miles down the road. I took one recently of a small cafe that's just reopened under new ownership. As noted, it failed before but now has a new beginning awaiting.

New one opened

The post today started out as a large restaurant, closed, reopened as a another eating place, and subsequently closed as well. It reopened again as an internet gaming site - 'Pot of Gold.' It went fairly well until the state legislature outlawed certain types of commercial online gaming. This was one that didn't meet requirements of the new law, so it closed too. It may reopen again if it can comply with current law.
