Life at Five

My favourite time of the day, though apparently Five AM is too early to even be considered part of the day.
But, I go for a walk around the lake, or a run, and the geese, swans, cormorants and herons are out, splashing about in the lake, and the sun is just rising, and it's so peaceful. Some people just don't know what they're missing, lying in bed, missing the best part of the day.
