Another day of reflexion

This picture was taken with the sun totally at my back to my right and yet there it is. I like that it is a double reflexion. A bit of a game of "miroir aux alouettes" or lark lure. I also like that it shows three aspects of Montreal, its shiny glittery surface beyond which one can perceive the lurking religious past (church Marie-Reine-du-Monde seat of the archdiocese) and the commercialism of the futuristic looking present (1000 de la Gauchetière, tallest building in Montreal, offices, businesses, an indoor ice rink amongst the offices).

As you can see in my last two pictures, I like textures, play of shadows and light, and visual reflections of all kinds.
