Pet habits

Well, I was working again today so not much to take a picture of. On the way there though, I saw a man walking his dog...and reading a book at the same time. ?!
I don't know how that works, I can't help thinking it doesn't! I didn't have my camera to hand, but I walked passed this sign on the way home so it's my very tenuous link to the odd events of the day.
