Would I be forgiven for thinking this was a very early model Saab?
I would like to think so.

It certainly has aero-dynamic lines. Look, no door handles! Something which I guess originates from its' aviation connections, much the same way that Saab developed.

This car, a Bristol 401 was built by the Bristol Aeroplane Company Ltd in 1950. That makes it an astonishing 61 years old and it has had the same owner for the last 45 years. What an amazing looking car for its' age.

I suspect these classic design lines do not make for an easy drive though.
No power-steering or ABS. No air-con or heated-seats.

Am I just being a bit of a wuss?
