Sparrow

When I was little there were loads of sparrows, by far the most common garden bird. Nowadays I see very few of them. So I was surprised today to get surrounded by some very young ones whilst I was eating my lunch. They were very brave, having more of a pigeon mentality. What's going on in the bird world?

Still getting used to the new office at work, where I am spending 3 days of the week. Very slowly settling in and picking stuff up.

I finished my first ever Agatha Christie book yesterday (And Then There Were None) so today I started a new book. If I start cycling into work again I dont know when I will read. Then again the time I save by cycling rather than going on the bus could be reading time!
