On The Terraces

Travelled from Beijing to Luilin this morning in time for an afternoon's tour north of the city.

Wubu and the Yellow River were as industrialised and disappointing (to the eye) as I'd expected, but the mountains and valleys around provided much more pleasing vistas; although the farming is doing just as much damage to the natural mountain environment.
