Farmers' Market Dude

I almost didn't blip this because it wasn't the shot I wanted but what the heck. Here he is in his summer glory, complete with knee high white socks and loafers. He was the most interesting character I saw all day :)

Also see the vendors in the background texting. It was a slow day with probably many people still on holiday.
