It's quite hard to maintain an internal list ranking the city's various take-away coffee-vending places, especially when I try to not buy ready-made coffee too often (perverting the cause of the flask) and tend to only deal with those in a few clusters (either places near routes of interest or places of interest) and the quality of product varies from day to day at the same place (either due to staff or equipment changes) and has to coexist with the internal list ranking the quality of sit-down coffee from the same place (which often tastes quite different).

Though I previously stated that Black Medicine was my fourth-favourite source of take-away coffee there have been significant changes to the quality of output (and, in one extreme case, existence of facility) of the three places previously held to hold the three places above fourth. Re-testing of the remaining couple since has cast further doubts upon their former placing, but Hula on Victoria St (which used to be far better for decaf during my decaf phase) today provided a cup which was nice all the way to the bottom, making them at least third.
