Lovely Microsoft

It's been a few weeks since I fired up the old PC.
So, imagine my delight in finding a stack of updates waiting for me.
Multiple updates, with multiple phases and 'interesting' progress bars, you know the kind, sit at 3% for five minutes and then jump to 100% in one go. What's the ponit in that?

Anyhoo, 45 minutes and a couple of reboots later, we're apparently back in action.
Oh, apart from the Java, which needed updating separately, and Firefox similarly needing updated, and so on.

So I guess it was Windows only doing its own updates, rather selfish don't you think...
