Fireworks wore me out!

Even with taking rescue remedy both dogs were freaked out by the fireworks booming well past midnight. There seemed to be an inordinate amount of home ones being blown off on our street and all around. Cowboy and Sadie were shaking and panting for a few hours it seemed. We tried to calm them down and sat with them ...I didn't get much sleep either consequently! This is the first I've slept in so late and haven't gotten an early morning work out in! I'm finally getting going and the dogs still will be resting I think! The kitty just disappeared to the basement all night. I'm hoping there won't be too many being blown off tonight!
