Balance Beam.

This photo was taken above my favourite field in the world, on my way to work. Yesterday morning, as I turned the corner to approach this field, I was greeted with the sight of hundreds of cows, which had appeared in the field since last week. The blacks and whites of their coats and stocky forms looked amazing against the green of the rain and sun-fed grass and I was kicking myself I hadn't taken my camera. Unfortunately, on my way back from work they had disappeared. I'm going on the basis that they have gone back to their normal field, and were simply holidaying in alternative accommodation. In no way have they been sent to the slaughterhouse.

Anyway, I took my camera in today and only had some fat woodpigeons, trying not to fall off the telephone cables to play with. I do like woodpigeons though, they always look so clean.
