Training

Today was a wonderful day for training - warm weather and perfectly clear blue skies.
I went for a 2.5 mile run/walk and then for a 5 mile bike ride over bumpy pretty difficult terrain.
It felt good.

I got home from a friends place around 1 today.
The drive home from her university is my favorite long drive to or from a university. It is all rolling farmlands, trees, cows and horses.
It's very pleasant - that is until you get pulled over and written a speeding ticket.
