Happy 4th of July!

We had a fabulously lazy day today (and I don't even feel guilty about it!) :)

Thought we weren't going to see fireworks as it started raining just an hour before but it was apparently just a passing shower. And the show went on, though less well attended. Did manage to catch a few onlookers in my shots!

Next year, I must head downtown to Washington and catch the "real deal!" Just such a pain trying to get out of town after the show with some 150,000 other people... I get enough of this commuting into work every day.
