This beautiful variegated philodendron was my inspiration for the quilt that hangs behind it. They both bring me joy.

My house is quiet again--the grandkids left this morning to go rafting on the Deschutes River with their dad. My daughter, her baby and I had a lovely day enjoying each other's company.
