A Fungi To Be With?

I have no idea where these things come from but they seem to sprout like, well, mushrooms! This colourful character was not there yesterday and, I suspect, will not be there tomorrow.
It has been quite "scorchio" today, so much so that we have not done too much. I did take a trip into Falkirk as I needed to replace the two back tyres on the "Silver Machine". At least, as I am not sore on tyres, they will keep me going for another 40 thousand miles or so. Saw Euan for a little while at lunch-time. He has caught the cold, a bit snuffly and "girny". (Good Scots word)
Maybe within Euan's lifetime, an effective cold cure will be developed.
