Peace and ripples

Such a warm day that we took ourselves off for a walk this evening, through the nearby Moorpool Estate. Nice to wander with ice lollies, ogling the houses and trying to guess the prices of those for sale. There's a pond with lots of bird life including an occasional heron. Sadly, it seems that parts of this quiet estate are going to be sold for who knows what kind of development. John Nettlefold will be turning in his grave.
