Today we went to our summerhouse and found two blackbird chicks in a nest close to the front door. Because we had our cat Pelle with us I think the chicks parents decided to teas out the chicks out of their nest. I was able to take a close up of one of the chicks.

Later on we saw both parents feeding the chicks with wild strawberries! Maybe they choose wild strawberries because of their sweetness?

We kept our cat inside the house for a rather long time, luckily he was very tired after 2 hours drive and slept the whole afternoon.
