Bowls
I've been cooking today.
The top bowl is a combination of haricot beans and some defrosted pizza sauce I made a week or so ago.
The left middle bowl is a salad...a crispy one.
The right middle bowl is some butternut squash roasted with olive oil, cumin and oregano along with a red onion.
The bottom bowl contains cous cous with apricots, sultanas, parsley and a cheeky hint of cinnamon. I cooked the cous cous in some lemon and ginger tea, mainly because I don't have any lemons in the fridge. Not really sure if the taste is noticeable.
Oh and my dessert is at the bottom right. Mr Clementine.
