Smoke and mirrors

After all the cooking yesterday, the kitchen is such a mess of dirty dishes and spilled stuff that I can hardly bring myself to look at it, let alone deal with it.

Fortunately, when we designed this room, we decided to have taller-than-usual cupboards on the living side of the kitchen area, dividing the room, so we don't have to look at the mess...

..works a treat!

(J's girlfriend is delightful and I didn't wear the mask, well did you really think I would?)
