Sit Rep : My foot/ankle injury feels a bit better today, I have been following the exercises associated with alleviating plantar fasciitis and they seem to be working, I'm almost hobble-free at the minute.

I woke at 5 am today and just couldn't get back to sleep, so far I have done the washing and emptied the dishwasher, I have now started to try and tidy up the garage, today is going to be a corker, it's warm enough to sit outside in just a Tee shirt and shorts.

Todays blip was taken whilst I was waiting for the three Blackbird chicks to appear for their early morning feed, I noticed the leaves of the Aquilegea moving so I sat as still as I could, camera at the ready and got about ten photos of this little fella.

Todays music is a 90's club hit Allison and I loved his, it was released the year we were married, 1991.
