Gairloch Day 1

A quiet moment outside the house to slow down and get with the pace of Gairloch. Kids in bed, camera on timer and a 4 second exposure, as it was about 11pm and just getting dark, and the peacefulness of this place is something to behold. The views over Skye from the picnic bench are ever changing with the sun dropping in the west.
Victory was mine at Catan (settlers board game) against all odds with a couple of glasses of wine.
Early start tomorrow (6 am) to go fishing. I managed to pick up some 'what's on' stuff around the village earlier so we'll be planning a few days out for the coming week. There's a few big Munros about, a nine hole golf course and whale safaris etc.
