Strawberry jam, you gotta make your own!

Today I made strawberry jam. I try to make it every year, it's possibly most people's favourite. The other essential jam is raspberry which I have made already.

The question of raspberries versus strawberries is a crucial one, I think, just like dogs versus cats. Of course, most of us like both but one of the two always has the edge. For me its raspberries and cats every time.
