Lazy Sunday
A bit of a lie in today - if you can claim staying in bed until 9.45 a lie in.
The only problem with having a lie in on a Sunday is that it's a mad rush getting the kids ready for their piano lessons. A lot of shouting of 'Have you had breakfast? Are you dressed? Have you practised? Where's your piano bag? Where are your shoes?"
After lunch I took my son to get a replacement phone. I washed his old one in the washing machine. I found out that I have been paying £20 a month for the past two years. He rarely uses his phone! We've now gone down to a £10 a month tariff and a shining new phone.
In the afternoon, I watched the men's tennis final whilst the girls chilled out in the garden with daddy on the hammock. My son then went to play tennis with his friends and the girls went to a fair on Twickenham Green.
I have been suffering all day - I'm not sure whether it's a bad case of hay fever or a stinking cold.
We had a BBQ for dinner. My eldest daughter is having a day at her new secondary school tomorrow. She's quite nervous.
