Here's Dougie, owner of Lupe Pinto's, the chili and spice shop at 24 Leven St, Edinburgh. It's the most brilliant deli, full of spicy delights and products imported from the US (and an awful lot cheaper then they charge in Jenners and elsewhere).

We were buying Zatarain's jambalaya mix. Yum.
