My First Roast Dinner...

So, this is the first roast dinner I ever cooked...

Well, the first one I helped to cook. My husband, Phil, told me what to do the whole time. I'm not sure I could replicate it without instructions, but I'm a step closer to being able to do it on my own...

Oh, and it was delicious, and we sat out in the sun enjoying it as we've got another beautiful day here in West Sussex. I knew there was a reason I didn't move back to Yorkshire! :)
