Boat Ride

It was supposed to be a fun day; unfortunately, we found out this morning that our Uncle passed away last night. They just moved to a new apartment yesterday and he didn't even get the chance to sleep one night there. I can't imagine what our Aunt must be feeling....

After a morning of tears, we decided to go on a boat ride on River Rhein (Basler Personenschifffahrt). Wanted to do something special with the girls in this time of sadness.

If your grandparents and/or parents are alive, give them a big hug and say thanks for having them still in your lives. You just never know when our day will come....
