Madrone

This is part of a madrone in Huckleberry Regional Nature Preserve. My alternate shot was another spider, but I haven't done a tree in a while, so I picked the madrone.

I may or may not post something in the next couple of days. We're about to leave on an extended vacation to the eastern US and Quebec. Our visit will include Michigan (Grand Rapids, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Southfield), Vermont, Chesapeake Bay, North Carolina (Durham, Asheville, Boone) and Pittsburgh PA. We're mostly traveling by bus and train, so we can't veer off our route very much, but if you're on our route and interested in a blipmeet, please let me know.
