Disappointing Ducks

Mum and Dad came up this evening and are staying for a few days. After dinner we decided to take a little walk to the canal as whilst mum had got her blip for the day, I was still photoless.

It appears the new camera performs poorly in low light and the only shot that was anywhere near useable (ie, not just a grainy blur of duck) had to be taken with the flash on. Despite what it looks like, I didn't sneak out in the dead of night to get this shot. Will need to play more in future to see if it was just my settings that were fault or if it was the camera.
