Before......

This is the damage which has written off Mrs BM's Rover 25, not much to look at but consists of O/S front and rear doors, the Sill the Rear Wheel arch and the Door Mirror.
So I have started to repair the car today, so far I have removed both doors and fitted the second hand one's I have cut out the damaged sill and welded in the new sill and ground down the welds so it can't be seen.

Tomorrow I will swap over all the door bits and bobs such as glass, winder motor, wiring harness in fact everything in the doors.

Then to the body work it self, the bit I like.

Tonight, a couple of wee drams and a bit of TV.
